Lead Fixer Pro Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is entered into by and between Lead Fixer Pro and the customer purchasing services from Lead Fixer Pro. By purchasing services from Lead Fixer Pro and accepting this Agreement, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Lead Fixer Pro provides a lead response and revenue recovery system designed to help businesses respond faster to missed calls, web leads, and similar inbound opportunities. Services may include setup and configuration of automation workflows, communication tools, forms, notifications, follow-up systems, and related onboarding and support services, depending on the package purchased.

2. One-Time Installation Fee

The Client agrees to pay a one-time installation fee of $995 CAD. This installation fee covers the initial setup and configuration of the Lead Fixer Pro system for the Client’s business. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the installation fee is charged at the time of purchase.

3. Monthly Recurring Fee

The Client agrees to pay a recurring monthly fee of $495 CAD per month for continued access to the Lead Fixer Pro system and related ongoing service. The monthly recurring fee begins as stated at checkout or upon activation of the Client’s account, and will continue automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Billing Authorization

By purchasing Lead Fixer Pro services, the Client authorizes Lead Fixer Pro to charge the payment method provided for:

  • The one-time installation fee of $995 CAD
  • The recurring monthly fee of $495 CAD per month
  • Any applicable taxes, if required

The Client is responsible for keeping payment information current and valid. If a payment fails, Lead Fixer Pro may suspend or limit services until payment is successfully received.

5. Scope of Setup

The one-time installation includes the initial setup of the Lead Fixer Pro system based on the Company’s standard implementation process. This may include, where applicable:

  • Account or subaccount setup
  • Workflow installation
  • Missed call text-back setup
  • Web lead response setup
  • Notification setup
  • Basic customization using Client-provided business information
  • Basic testing prior to launch

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the setup fee does not include extensive custom development, major revisions beyond the standard install, third-party troubleshooting unrelated to Lead Fixer Pro’s setup, copywriting beyond standard implementation, or ongoing manual admin work.

6. Ongoing Monthly Service

The monthly recurring fee covers continued access to the Lead Fixer Pro system and reasonable ongoing support related to the installed service. Unless otherwise stated in writing, ongoing monthly service may include:

  • Continued use of the active system
  • Basic support related to the installed workflows and setup
  • Minor adjustments or updates as reasonably required
  • Monitoring or troubleshooting of core system functionality

The monthly service does not include unlimited custom work, full CRM management, sales handling, ad management, lead generation, manual follow-up by Lead Fixer Pro, or major rebuilds unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to cooperate in a timely manner and provide the information, access, approvals, and materials reasonably required for setup and operation. This may include, where applicable:

  • Correct business details
  • Phone numbers and email addresses
  • Platform or account access
  • Workflow preferences
  • Approval of requested integrations
  • Prompt responses to onboarding questions

The Client is responsible for reviewing their own messages, leads, replies, notifications, and communications once the system is live. The Client is also responsible for following up with leads and managing their own business operations, sales process, and customer service.

8. Setup Timeline

Lead Fixer Pro will make reasonable efforts to complete the initial installation within the timeline communicated to the Client after onboarding information is received. Any setup timeline depends on the Client providing accurate information, timely responses, required access, and any necessary approvals. Lead Fixer Pro is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, third-party platform delays, number registration delays, approval delays, or Client inaction.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Lead Fixer Pro provides tools and systems intended to improve lead response speed and reduce lost opportunities. However, Lead Fixer Pro does not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue increases
  • Number of leads recovered
  • Booked appointments
  • Closed sales
  • Customer response rates
  • Business growth

Business results depend on many factors outside Lead Fixer Pro’s control, including lead quality, market conditions, pricing, sales ability, response quality, and Client follow-up.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the one-time installation fee of $995 CAD is non-refundable once setup work has begun. Monthly recurring fees are also non-refundable for any billing period that has already started. If the Client delays, abandons, or fails to complete onboarding or provide required access, Lead Fixer Pro is not obligated to issue a refund for work already performed, reserved time, or setup already initiated.

11. Cancellation

The Client may cancel the monthly recurring service by providing written notice to Lead Fixer Pro at support@leadfixerpro.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in writing. No partial-month refunds will be provided for cancellations made after a billing period has started. If the Client cancels, Lead Fixer Pro may disable the system, access, workflows, and related service at the end of the active billing period.

12. Suspension or Termination by Lead Fixer Pro
  • The Client fails to make payment
  • The Client abuses or misuses the system
  • The Client violates applicable laws or messaging rules
  • The Client interferes with implementation or operation in a way that makes service impractical
  • The Client engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct

Lead Fixer Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

In such cases, refunds will not be owed for work already completed or for active billing periods already charged.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Lead Fixer Pro may rely on third-party platforms, software, phone providers, email providers, CRMs, automation tools, hosting providers, and related services. Lead Fixer Pro is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, limitations, policy changes, registration issues, pricing changes, or interruptions caused by third-party systems. The Client understands that certain functions may depend on external platforms outside Lead Fixer Pro’s direct control.

14. Support Boundaries

Lead Fixer Pro provides reasonable support related to the installed service, but does not provide unlimited on-demand consulting, 24/7 emergency response, unlimited revisions, or unrestricted custom development unless separately agreed in writing. Support is limited to the scope of the purchased service. Additional work outside the standard scope may require a separate fee and separate approval.

15. Intellectual Property and System Use

Lead Fixer Pro retains ownership of its internal systems, processes, templates, workflows, methods, documentation, and implementation approach unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is granted the right to use the service during the active paid term of service, subject to this Agreement. The Client may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute Lead Fixer Pro’s proprietary materials, systems, or processes without written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Fixer Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost leads, business interruption, or data issues arising out of or related to the use of the service. Lead Fixer Pro’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client to Lead Fixer Pro in the two months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Fixer Pro from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • The Client’s business practices
  • The Client’s communications with leads or customers
  • The Client’s misuse of the system
  • The Client’s non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or messaging requirements
  • Inaccurate information provided by the Client
18. Changes to Services or Agreement

Lead Fixer Pro may update or improve its services, processes, systems, and support structure from time to time. Lead Fixer Pro may also update this Agreement when reasonably necessary. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Lead Fixer Pro regarding the services described above and supersedes any prior discussions, understandings, or representations unless expressly confirmed in writing.
